Harry Trosin and Jim Randle (along with the support of their wives Joni and
Judy respectively) are the founders of 3JH Cattle Company, Inc. Begun as a
California Corporation, the name and brand known as 3JH is derived the
initials of the first names of the owners (three Js Jim, Judy, Joni and an H
for Harry). Combined, Harry and Jim have more than 60 years of business
and livestock experience.
The principles of 3JH Cattle Company are dedicated to producing quality
bucking stock with a primary focus on genetics. Harry and Jim met as
football coaches and share a strong competitive bond along with a mutual
long standing respect for talented athletes. Although their focus begins
with genetics, Harry and Jim pride themselves on the care and training
given their special four-legged athletes.
3JH Cattle Company’s herd of bucking stock now totals 33 head and
growing. Harry and Jim’s current objectives are to breed quality bucking
stock each year that will be sold primarily as “unbucked” weanlings and
yearlings keeping two that they hope will do well in the “futurity game.” At
the end of the season, they intend to sell their choice two based upon their
merits.
